Additional Holiday Pay for the UK

Summary:

We are experiencing some issues related to the AHP top up calculation processed through Oracle where we have a contract change during the 12 month look back period, and earnings are becoming over-inflated due to both contracts earnings being included in the in scope earnings. When we get a contract change, no new assignment is generated so we are unable to control it at assignment level.

We have a contract type flag on the element processed, but this isnt feeding into the retroactive calculation so we are struggling to customise the AHP calculation to ignore x contract but include y contract. We would be really keen to connect with other customers who use this functionality in Oracle, to understand what your process is for this, and it there is anyway we could help each other with a way forward.
