How to restrict security on Internal Candidates and Internal Job Application

Hi All

I have a requirement in which I have to create a new role with security only on external candidates.

Role should be able to see only External Candidates in both Job Application List (of requisition to which role as been granted access to) and in General Candidate Search.

I've created a Person Security Profile with RESTRICTED access to Employee and Contingent User Types and a Candidate Security Profile secured for External Candidates, Ex-Employees, Ex-Contingent Workers. By doing so I've managed to grant access to external candidates only in Candidate Search, but in Job Application list role is still able to see internal candidates/applications.
