Oracle table information for the help desk module
Hi,
we would have some questions regarding Oracle tables related to HR Help Desk data. Is it possible to extract this information?
Which employees did a search on HR For You - We found the detail of the questions but could not find the id_person who asked the question.
What were the top 5 search results proposed to the employee. As above, we have the search but could not find the cross-section of individual results but only the total number of responses that appeared in the system.
Is there a way to see all transfers of a SR to SME or Users to understand the time spent in the WATING state (in the case of forwarding to the user)?
