Always Free Instance with custom boot volume size and VPU choice? (not clear if is it included - and how many - or not)


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

creating an Always Free Instance i try to specify a boot volume of 199 gb (200 is the limit) and it asks how many VPU (Boot volume performance). it is not clear if the 10 VPU (the minimal amount that it asks me) are included on the free plan. Otherwise i don't find a way to specify the boot volume size, because it appears the VPU choice where the minimum is 10...
