I Created an account on 4th of January

i was making the plan to move my infra for OCI ARM but suddenly my account got expired after 18 days before the free trial (30 Days) credit even ended

Now my tenant is inactive and i am unable to do anything


how can i reenable the tenant again and get use of the free tier
