Subscription Audit subtab is blank

'Audit' subtab at Subscription Header level is blank

We need help to understand why the 'Audit' subtab at subscription header level is getting blank. Even after creating subscription, the subtab is showing no records in it.

However, when we are adding subscription product in the subscription, then 'Audit' subtab at Subscription Product level is working as expected.

Is there any setup is required to enable the Audit Policies at Subscription header level, except 'Manage Audit Policies' task?
