Hello Oracle Community,


We recently updated our Oracle Fusion application's UI to the @Redwood theme, aiming to leverage its modern design and user experience benefits. However, post-update, we've encountered a significant issue that's impacting our ability to manage Documents of Record (DOR).


Problem Description:

  1. REST Call Error: When attempting to access the Document of Record page, we're greeted with an error message stating, "The REST call couldn't be completed." This issue occurs immediately after the page attempts to load, preventing any interaction with the page's content.
  2. Missing Add Button: Additionally, we've noticed that the option to add a new Document of Record is missing. The typical "Add" button that allows users to create new entries is not visible, effectively halting our ability to manage these records.
