Competency Evaluation via Performance Doc - How does Line Manager know who he/she needs to evaluate?

Summary:

Hello,

we face the following problem. We are going to do an evaluation for a specific target group. So there will be managers, who have e.g. 10 Direct Reports, but only for 2 of them there competencies should be evaluated with the performance document.

We did not yet find a way, that the manager can see, that only these 2 employees need to be evaluated and the other 8 of his direct reports don't need to be evaluated.

Does anybody have the same situation? How did/would you handle that?


EXAMPLE:

Manager: Mike Manager

Direct Reports: A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J
