How to get the Employee Manager's assignment details such as Job, Grade etc using fast formula?

We have a requirement to modify the current plan to include 2 pools with different allocations and publish budgets based on employee manager's grade. i.e. If the Employee Manager is ELT Grade then allocate 4.5% else 4 % but the existing functionality publishes budgets based on employee's grade since ELT grade is included/excluded in the employment tab in eligibility profiles which are attached to the components. so, the idea is to get the employee manager's grade using fast formula and incorporate it with the eligibility profiles. Can anyone share a sample fast formula to get the employee manager's assignment details?
