    Custom Process to Request Assessment for an Employee

    Hello Everyone,

    I'm implementing Talent Management and I have a customer requirement to have a business process automated on Oracle. The process is simple; a manager to request capabilities assessment for a team member by mail to be sent to the HR that contains some employee's details such as name, person number and reason for requesting assessment.

    What do you think could be the best solution to address such requirement?
