How to include Worksheet Manager details in Compensation Worksheet

Hi,

In the Workforce Compensation, our customer has requested to include the Worksheet Manager record in the Annual Bonus Worksheet, along with all other employees in the organization. Worksheets shouldn't follow any managerial hierarchy.

Please suggest how to achieve.
