Force a numeric field (to enter negatve numbers) with autocomplete rules

We need to include negative values in the fields of the Measurements section of the goals.

To date, all fields are numeric (target values, min, max..) and I would not accept values <0, the customer's request is the ability to enter numbers with a - sign in front.
