Hiding Action Dropdown in OLC Course

Summary:

We are currently implementing Redwood pages for OLC and one of our requirements is to hide the actions that exist within the course on the enrollment details page. We were able to hide the actions on the landing page, but I am not seeing an equivalent in VBS for the actions on the course page. Can someone tell me if this is possible? If so, how do we achieve it?
