Unable to view requisitions created by others in responsive self service procurement

We have started the process of evolving to the Responsive Self Service Procurement requisition page. With this effort, we are missing the ability for our buyers to view requisitions created by others. Using the old requisition page, we would create a custom duty role copying Advanced Procurement Requester. We would then add the privileges: POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV. This is working fine however in the Responsive Self Service Procurement requisition page we are only seeing our own requisitions.

Any help would be appreciated.
