My Account Got Hacked

I have been using oracle cloud for about 2 years or less, and all of a sudden i can't login after i got a mail that my password and mail was resetted.

I have tried contacting the customer support multiple time but to no avail.

I know i am using the always free version, but please i can't afford to loss this account.

My name is Stephen Michael and the tenancy is Axxellance212 Please help me resolve. Thanks in advance.
