Summary:
Hi Team,
We have a below Business case.
1. When an employee is setting up Goals they should be able to see Behavioural Competencies and these competencies are not same for all employees.
They do have Behavioural Competencies based on Grade of an employee.
2. Customer wants them to be dispalyed in Goals as a hyperlink or a report link in Goals page.
We tried looking at the below Solution.
1. A parametirised OTBI or BI report with passing bind variables to parameters.
2. Now the challenge here is i don't see any Grade bind parameter available in page composer.
If anyone has implemented suck kind of requirement, can you please let us know. If you have any thought that can help us please let me know.
