    Change format of next/scroll button in OLC

    Summary:

    Hi - in the Browse Learning section of the OLC redwood page, there is a next/scroll button to scroll between courses, but the problem is the button appears on top of the course itself and it slightly transparent, so it is almost impossible to see unless you know it is there. Is there a way to change the format of this button to make it stand out more?
