Manage Job Offer-'Other Compensation' section not available

Summary:

When an offer lands in the 'Manage Job Offer' page, it does not allow the person completing the offer, going forward, to be able to enter the 'Other Compensation' section, because the section is not on that page.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have looked in the HCM Exp DS to see if there was a place that we could add the 'Other Compensation' section to that area. We do not see that it is an option and wanted to know if other customers have experienced this. If so, what was the resolution? The issue with not having it on that section, is when it's being completed, the 'Other Compensation' ICP's are not pulling into the core at the time of moving the potential new hire through the phases/stages. This is why we need it in the 'Manage Job Offers' page.
