Functionality in channel revenue management to determine the accrual at the buying group level.

We are utilizing the customer's hierarchy to capture the hierarchical relationship between the GPO (Buying group) and its members (Branches). We are looking for the functionality in channel revenue management to determine the accrual at the buying group level like in EBS where market eligibility or buying group in offers can be used to apply the hierarchy. can someone give us some idea to how to proceed with this?
