Audit report to review the history of the contact (even deleted contacts)

We have noticed that a couple of customers are missing the contact that was created under the Communication tab from both account and site level in Production instance. However, in the Test instance the contact can be viewed. For e.g. - Customer Account - N17004

We tried to find the information from back end however, we could not find anything for the contact record.

It is unclear how the contact got removed in the Production instance.
