No Email notifications are coming for the instructors when we cancel a VILT meeting

Hi Team,

We have enabled the MS outlook Calendar integration in our lower environment and we are currently testing this. We found out one issue. For any of the VILT session happening on Zoom/MS Teams platform, if we cancel a VILT session(delete the Learning activity), the instructors added to the session are not getting any cancelled email notification and their outlook calendar is also not getting updated. This we have seen after we enabled the MS Outlook integration. Can someone please help us resolve this issue.
