Updating the details of an ILT activity for the second time is not sending any notifications

Hi Team,

We have enabled the MS outlook Calendar integration in our lower environment and we are currently testing this. We found one issue. When we update the activity details for any ILT activity(update the classroom, timing) for the first time, the learners and the instructors added to the course are getting the email notifications and updated calendar invites.

But when we update the activity details for the same ILT activity(update the classroom, timing) for the second time, no email notifications are received by the learners and the instructors.
