is it possible to insert a trigger in AR Transactions module?

Our goal is to implement a custom solution (only in SaaS) that invoke a webservice in order to update a data on customer details. Specifically, we need to modify LIMIT_AMOUNT field on ZX_EXEMPTIONS table . This trigger should be invoke when a new transactions is validated on the system
