Unable to edit the 'Review Population' and the 'Population selection' fields for the review meeting

Hi experts,

I'm working with a custom job role that should be able to access the Talent Review Meeting page to schedule a meeting. It works fine but I'm unable to edit the 'Review Population' and 'Population Selection' fields, it seems that maybe some privileges/Use REST Service are missing. Can anyone suggest what should I add?
