Issue with the calculation of Unique CTR

I have two questions -that I need your help with.

A) https://marketingtechstack.com/2021/05/20/eloqua-review-know-before-buying/

As per this article published in 2022- Eloqua will count me as 1 Unique CTR - even if I may have clicked on 12 different emails over a time period. Is this still valid.

If I have clicked 12 times on 1 individual email - I should be counted as 1 Unique CTR.

But if I have clicked multiple times on - 10 individual email - I should be counted as 10 Unique CTR and not 1 Unique CTR.

Can you help me understand how Eloqua makes this calculation.
