IDR mailbox and how to configure and test

Hello - I am trying to find what mailbox we need to use to send invoices to scan via IDR mailbox. When we did this with OCR we needed to create a ticket and Oracle support would tell us which mailbox to use - it is unclear if IDR we can set that ourselves or how it works.

Also I've tried to activate the mailbox in our test instance but it still shows as 'Not active' after i've clicked 'activate' on Intelligent Document Recognition Options. What am i missing? Is there a configuration guide?
