How to hide a field using Page composer base on a certain condition?

Summary:

I am trying to hide a field (Sourcing mechanism) via page composer base on the Intent condition. Enter an expression to test the returned value- when I say Intent is equal to Sell and it shows False which is correct but when I input Intent is equal to Buy it also shows false which is incorrect (Contract Intent is Buy). Did I miss something on the expression or is there any set up that needs to be performed first in this scenario?
