Unable to Cancel the PO from Oracle Visual Builder

Summary:

I have business requirement to cancelled the PO in bulk, I am using the web service https://fa-eskd-test-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/purchaseOrders/describe and successfully able to connect and download the data for PO in OPEN and INCOMPLETE status , all the row are grayed out and unable to update the status to CANCELLED. Any suggestion if am missing any steps.
