How to Mask/Purge the PII data from CMP_CWB_STORED_PERSON_DATA table.

1. We have noticed in the lower environments, the Personally identifiable information available the following table (CMP_CWB_STORED_PERSON_DATA) like Employee first name, Employee Last Name, Gender, Email Address, All salary details.

We have tried to Mask/Purge the data from CMP_CWB_STORED_PERSON_DATA table, but we couldn't find any resources for the same. It would be great if we get some information on this.

2. We are also seeking a list of processed and unprocessed PII Compensation tables. Unable able to find this information on Oracle Tables and Views documentation, are there any documentations or resources which provides a list of Compensation tables with processed and unprocessed PII Information such as (CMP_CWB_STORED_PERSON_DATA)?
