Hi!

I am working with the help desk module in Fusion HCM, first of all I have a serious problem with the categories, since when I create them they appear created in redwood, but when I enter as a user the categories do not load, I have only been able to add a category and the others are not added, even following the same steps, also when I create a category in a specific BU, it is still available to all users, even if they are not within that BU, so it is a filter that does not comply no function?
