How to get rid of this instruction message " You can select up to 1 option" in check multiple choice

We have a questionnaire where the answer has only one option in checkbox. We used Check Multiple Choice type response to enable a checkbox and added the only one answer option as "Confirmed"; but adding check multiple choice type question comes with an unwanted instruction - "You can select up to 1 options". How can we remove/edit this. We can not use Single choice Radio button because for a Radio button with only one answer option is once a user clicks it, it can not be unselected; but the checkbox has option to uncheck it. Below is the question -


Any help on removing/editing this would be appreciated.
