Lead Duplication for leads created by using REST Import

Summary:

We have a requirement to generate leads using REST API import from Import placed in FFTP

How to implement the Lead duplication process for the lead created using Rest API'S, using CDM

For account's duplicate check from leads, we don't use the contact address fields from Leads. only Account Name, Type and the Organization Size (if there) is passed for the duplicate check from Leads. but primary postal code needs to considered.

But for contacts duplicate check from leads, yes, the location attributes from contacts address section are also considered. Primary Work Pone and Primary Email needs to be considered.
