Custom billing (Milestones billing) option in Subscription Management

Currently customer wants to have custom billing (Milestones billing) that needs to be sent to Subscription for Contract creation.

Ex: Customer buys the Software for 2 years of 100K value. Now they want to pay as a milestone billings. They want to pay following :

  1. First year 70% (70K) &
  2. next year as 30% (30K).
Payment frequency is monthly only. so, first year invoices will be 70K/12 = 5.8K per month Next year it will be 2.5K per month.

Is there any way to achieve this ?
