Need to be able to have several salary basis increase at the same date

Summary:

Customer needs to be able to store several salary basis increase at the same date. This is not allowed by HCM Cloud.

The "Incremental component" seems to answer to this need, but this solution provides a calculation of the salary which is not the calculation expected (customer expects a cumulative calculation).

Example

If we have an Initial Salary of 35000 and we make 2 increases at the same date (with the component functionnality), a component of 1% and a second of 3%, the overall increase is 4%.

But the customer expects another behaviour : the second increase should be applied to result of the first increase and not to the intial salary. Increase % expected is 4,03 and not (1+3)
