How to change the timeout option on Oracle Saas?

This is regarding one of the API connector setups from Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Transmission Configuration -> "http multiple part data upload" protocol.

Oracle is getting timed out while waiting for the response message to be returned from third party.

It is recommended to us that the outbound API call timeout should be set to a recommended 150000ms. This will allow the integration process to complete at their end and the connector to return a response within its timeout limit of 120000ms.

Can someone please let us know where can we change the timeout option on Oracle Saas? Is there a way to do this?
