Employees with new 401k elections no ER match element being created
If we have a new hire or existing employee who enrolls in our 401k program, we expect the employee to have a deduction set up (based on their contribution rate) and an element set up for the system to calculate the employer match. Currently only the deduction set up is working. In the meantime, we are having to set up the employee's employer match manually. Any ideas what might be the problem and how do we overcome it?
