OTBI Scheduler running for a long time [nQSError: 67020]

Summary:

Hello All,

We have a fairly straightforward terminations report that captures daily terms running on schedule at 11.45pm (daily). Few days ago the scheduler was in running status for more than 24 hours which caused the next schedule to fail giving below error

[nQSError: 67020] Exceeded max concurrent instances of scheduled job. Max limit is 1.

We tried a few things such as recreating the agent and changing the scheduled run time, but don't have a solution yet. Also looked into Oracle doc (Doc ID 2777480.1)

The report runs successfully if we execute it directly instead of scheduling. Any idea how to resolve it?
