Career Preferences and Memberships are not reflected in Requisition side

Summary:

An employee, internal applicant as well, has a data under the career preferences and memberships under skills and qualification. However, it is not showing on the recruitment side, is that a restriction or do we need to do some configurations back end? We already added 'recruiting' as a subscriber for these content sections under Profile Types.
