Create Taxable Purchase Transactions in Spreadsheet with offset tax

Hi all

We have offset taxes configured for payables transactions but need to create a taxable purchase transaction via the spreadsheet for GL entry. The tax classification needs to be the offset tax code. The upload works without issue and creates the journal but the tax calculation is not correct. Does anyone know if offset taxes can be used in this way or is it just in purchase to pay / order to cash cycles? Thank you
