Update wording on "download invite" in Redwood
Summary:
When a learner enrolls in an ILT offering, they can click the "download invite" to generate and ical notice to go on their calendar. HCM generates a calendar invite (see image) that has links within it even though the offering and course are set up as F2F/Instructor led? We have check the activities and cannot see where this has been generated. It has caused slight confusion, as learners assume there is an option to join virtually.
Is there any way to update/modify the content of the calendar invite?
If not, does anyone have an best practices they have used and found helpful to the learner? e.g. ulitilizing the activity description to state this is ONLY an instructor led session, not available virtually?
