Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I have built a fast formula to have the eligibility Criteria that are needed to Assign Benefits Tasks for employees.

One of the fields I have is the full-time/part-time field from the employment page. I am using the value as 'Full time', and seems to be not working when I attach the FF to the Eligibility Profile, and EP to the task and assign the checklist to an employee who is working as a 'Full time'.

As part of the investigation, I used ISNULL(PER_ASG_FULL_PART_TIME) = 'Y' in the fast formula and surprisingly the task was assigned to the employee.
