How to delegate FYI notifications when the worksheet is withdrawn
Summary:
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hello experts,
There is a requirement by the client to delegate all the approvals that reach the CEO to another person. Currently the notifications are scheduled to be sent both in app and email. In order to achieve the needed requirement, a rule was created for the CEO as follow:
When we tested this rule by submitting the worksheet for approvals with a direct report of the CEO, the approval notification was delegated correctly to 15602. The CEO received a bell notification but not an email notification. 15602 received the delegated approval notification by the CEO.
