Summary:

I'm trying to create an analysis using  Help Desk - HR Service Request Lifecycle. In particular I need to see the data such as "Previous assignee resource id" or "previous status type" but anytime I open the results, it give me error or no result. even if I try to open one by one the criteria. Audit History is activated and process Execute Incremental Load of SR Audit Data for Reporting runned.

We implemented Redwood Help Desk.
