New cost department is not shown in the journals as the result of allocation.

Hi,

We have a problem that a newly added cost department is not shown in generated journals as the result of allocations.

We checked that everything below is fine and do not know the reason why the department is not shown in generated journals.

・Allocation rules are working

・The department is being added to the tree which is in the range of the allocation rule

・The department has been registered in the correct way

・The necessary ESS jobs were run


Moreover, the department is shown in generated journals as the result of allocations on Testing environment whereas it is not shown in the generated journals on Product environment, therefore, this is not because of the codes. (P2T has been done already so the two have the same setting)
