Summary:

Enterprise Onboarding Journey - Alerts branding specific

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Have one Enterprise Onboarding journey, which consist of couple of Enterprise Onboarding steps, to cater for Pending Worker state and Hire State (Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding), and different task for different Legal Employers

Client have about 20+ legal employers.

The request is to brand, format the following Alerts with LE branding specific:

Journey Assigned ( ORA_CHK_CHECKLIST_INITIATED)

Task Assigned Combined Notification (ORA_CHK_TASK_ASSIGNED_CONSOLIDATED)

Journey Force Closed for Assignee (ORA_CHK_CHECKLIST_CLOSED)

Is this at all possible? From research, the understanding is that the above 3 event based alerts are based on the Enterprise Onboarding, and can't be branded (company logo) and worded according and only the below alert templates can be individualize/branded according to let say the legal entity

Howdy, Stranger!
