Is there a way to see if the home address changed when processed to hire?

Summary:

We have a hire that after being processed is stating that the home address is incorrect. We have business partners that are pressing on us to show when it changed.

The difficulty is that the record has been processed and now Oracle is displaying the work address and not the home address. When I query the for the per_addresses_f table with the address ID associated to the candidate I only see the work address.

How can we see the current home address and if it changed when moved to hire?
