23D, Redwood with a LinkedIn Learning integration

I confirmed that the course "Delegating from a Distance" is only in the Catalog once. I also drilled into each to see that they are all referencing the Learning Item number.

Curious if anyone else has seen this, and if this a configuration to prevent this.
