Summary:

Within Alerts Composer, is there ANY way to include Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager as an Email or Worklist recipient for Event Alerts with Alert Code: IRC_Feedbk_XXXXXX. Documentation seems to imply ONLY Feedback Requestor or Feedback Respondent can ever receive these alerts.
