How to import IDR Invoices - having issues

Hello - we are trying to configure IDR in our TEST instance. I've activated it within Setup&Maintenance and received our test mailbox address where we can send invoices. I'm trying to use https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/24a/fappp/intelligent-document-recognition.html#u30237249 to understand how to get these to show up in 'Scanned' infotile but I'm not finding the answers

1) Is there a process that I need to run? Import Payables Invoices? If so - what is the source? I've tried Invoice Image and its not working

2) Is there a repository where I can see anything that hasn't been imported? I recall OCR has a repository where I could view.
