Missing Employment Info DFF

Hi,

We are on 23D at the moment and Employment Info should be fully released. However, we only see partial DFF when we visit employment info. For example, we see the DFF under details and additional assignment info. However, it's missing completely from Assignment part.

When trying to check VBS to pull it out from business rule, Assignment DFF shows up as blank as well:
